CCA – IPC ltd is a specialized agency for the individual realization and protection of copyrights in all areas of creative work, as well as for providing protection in all other areas of intellectual property rights.
We act as a one stop shop for the rights of authors and holders of copyright and related rights, holders of rights based on trademark, industrial design, patent and other registration rights, with a wide range of services. We provide you with legal and advisory support from the moment of creation of the work, through commercialization and realization of rights, up to the protection of the same in case of infringement.
Our regular activity includes the representation of foreign authors in the exploitation of their works in the Republic of Croatia, and the same applies to the representation of our authors towards foreign users.
In all other areas, although we primarily operate in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, in light of the harmonization and unification of the EU acquis, we have extended our services to the EU as well as other parts of the world.
