Deposition is carried out to obtain a certificate of authorship for a specific subject of protection and\/or ownership rights of a work (as opposed to other types of storage that are done solely for the purpose of preserving the object). CCA provides the service of depositing intellectual property rights (all original works in the fields of science, literature and art, but it is important that the idea is tangible).<\/p>\n

The right holder can be a natural or legal person. The protected subject itself can be stored in physical form\/print or in digital format, in a single copy.<\/p>\n

In addition to the work itself, for the deposition process, we require your personal information or company details \u2013 name and surname\/company name, residential address\/company headquarters, tax identification number, contact information, and a confirmation of the fee payment.<\/p>\n

If the work involves multiple contributors or was created in collaboration, it is important that all rights holders agree to the deposition under the name of a specific holder, and it can be registered under multiple holders. Feel free to contact us for the drafting of consents or contracts to regulate mutual relationships before the actual deposition.<\/p>\n

The simplest way to deposit is by visiting our office, with a prior appointment. However, in case you are unable to do so, it is possible to send the subject of protection by mail or, exceptionally, electronically.<\/p>\n

The fee is paid to our giro account at Privredna banka, IBAN HR87 2340 0091 1101 3563 0, and a copy of the payment slip is delivered\/sent to our address, together with the deed, if we do the depositing process by mail.<\/p>\n

Copyright consists of property and moral rights based on the authorship of a work that meets the legal requirements for qualification as an author’s work. The author can only be a natural person, and the one who created the work. According to the law, copyright is acquired by the very act of creating a work, i.e. at the moment of its creation, and it is necessary that it is an original intellectual creation in the field of science, art and literature that has an individual character.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
