Lara Ljubičić

Lara is the director of the Croatian Copyright Agency, where she participates in promoting the rights of intellectual property holders at all levels – from the idea, through the realization and commercialization of intellectual property, and other types of intangible property. Lara coordinated a large number of national and international projects of commercialization, licensing and franchising of intangible assets. Through her law firm, Lara provides legal advice to the Croatian Copyright Agency and protects clients’ rights in the event of infringement. Lara has more than 12 years of experience in consulting for large Croatian and international companies in various industries. In her work, she uses a personalized approach to each case, applying customized solutions to ensure the efficient transfer of clients’ businesses to the EU legal framework and market.

Lara received her Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Zagreb (2012), and in 2015. passed the bar exam before the Ministry of Justice and Administration of the Republic of Croatia. She has been a member of the Croatian Bar Association since 2019. and registered trademark and industrial design attorney before the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Lara also acts as a representative for trademark and industrial design issues before the Croatian Intellectual Property Office (2019).
