Lara is shareholder and procurator of Croatian Copyright Agency where she advocates for IP rights holders on all levels – from idea, through realization and commercialization of IP, and other intangible assets. Lara managed a large number of national and international projects of commercialization, licensing and franchising of intangible assets. Through her law office Lara serves as CCA’s external legal counsel and safeguards the rights of clients in case of infringement. Lara has 12 + years of experience advising major Croatian and international companies across diverse industries. She uses personalized approach to each case, using tailored solution to ensure efficient transmission of client’s business to the EU legal landscape and market.
Lara holds an LLM in Law from the University of Zagreb (2012) and is a Bar Exam holder from the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration of the Republic of Croatia (2015). She is a member of the Croatian Bar Association since 2019 and an EU Trademark and Industrial Design Attorney in front of EUIPO. Additionally, Lara serves as a representative for Trademark and Industrial Design matters before the Croatian State Intellectual Property Office (2019).
